Well at 30 december me and my friend hit one spot.I guess isint an injurie but maybe it is i dont know.I didint warm up i directlly started with my training and the next day i feel soo bad...my back was killing that messed up evry thing.I suggest to warm up evry thing i mean good warm up like 20 mins is enough.(sorry of my bad english)

ya i don't usualy do warm up i startwith easy jumps 1 m ten same wall runs and then the traing
